A well-built foundation with a solid philosophy

In the last decade, the mainstream fitness industry has moved away from the foundational methods of strength training that have produced unmatched results (not to mention numerous Olympic medals and World-champion athletes). It has perverted proven high-intensity methods to maximize power & strength by trying to intermix muscular endurance — a recipe for disaster and injury.

Another trend to base workouts almost exclusively on exercises that were originally designed for rehabilitation (all in the name of ‘Functional Training’) has left many people deprived of established exercise regiments that provide them with the performance and health results that they were seeking in the first place.

WorkoutStructure.com is a resource created by founder Chris Borgard that is designed to reverse these stigmas by showcasing training exercises, progressions, and philosophies most effective at reshaping the body and its capability to perform as a highly trained machine.
